This has two sub-sections

E-capability indicators: these test to what extent (in quantifiable terms) are the key processes e-enabled?

	Supply chain KPIs (SCOR KPIs): These are mainly shortlisted from SCOR level 1 metrics. A few additional lower level SCOR metrics have also been included.
