Steps 9 and 10

Step 9: Auditor to prepare report and submit

eSCM auditor would prepare an audit report, comprising the following sections
Company introduction
Scope of the audit
Audit process (personnel interviewed and key activities)
Scoring on the score card by question and reasons
Summary of average scores by level
SCOR KPI performance
E-prevalence indicator performance
Key improvement areas
eSCM auditor would submit a copy of the report to the company and to Singapore Manufacturers' Federation.

Step 10: benchmarking

After submission of the audit report,
eSCM auditor would submit the results to the on-line benchmarking database
- The scorecard would be submitted automatically
- E-capability indicators would be submitted automatically
- Submission of supply chain KPIs would be only upon explicit consent of the assessee
While benchmarking, the identity of the assessees would be protected
Benchmarking is ‘you’ v/s a group of companies, selected based on a few criteria
Selection criteria includes, industry type, sub-industry type and role in the supply chain
At any time, a benchmark will be provided only if there are at least five data points. This is to protect confidentiality of individual organisations.
